Lucifer's Axiom(s)

Why this topic? - Simple, the point of an academy is to polish the skills each member is in possession of, or, subsequently, using the natural amenities of human nature we members of the academy share our tools with each other. How can we do this when small creases are not ironed out? It affects the whole design of things. I’ll be the first to say, being staff doesn't necessarily mean being good at dueling, and it doesn't mean a scrub can be in the staff positions either. I really like this academy, only because I love stimulating convo, and how people tick, from just three things on two different occasions one staff member (with an “@” symbol) sparked my interest here as a whole. Maybe all the admins have that spark I admire. Come to think of it, Lord ashur did something I admire, well its what he didn't do is what I agree with and like. To return to the topic, I’m not asking for a position, I don’t necessarily want one, WAY too early and I just lie making posts and helping with the jurisdictional drafting's of this academy’s constitutions, now and in the coming future. Yeah in the cases of stress and annoying members shenanigans, I understand he worst of us comes out, but I feel s though with the council the academy has (except for some) no problem would be handles unjustly, and that is what I would like to contribute to through discussions and the posts I make, such as this. Furthermore, I’ll direct attention to the problem (problem in my opinion, that is going to affect how this academy runs/functions.) at hand. This sparked my post, well my drive to explain my reasoning.
I think the event managers should start posting articles for discussion along with the teachers, in order to create good events. In addition to... I think testers’ and teachers’ should be the same thing. On the pretenses that at a Duel Academy the object it to polish skills through learning, how better to learn than to duel?
