At the moment, we are only accepting applications for teachers, testers, recruiters and gfx artist.

Position: Moderator
Activity: Almost every day, for at least 30 mins to 3 hours.
Knowledge about this position: Moderators regulate peace among the forum, create rules and such for the better of the forum. Moderators also try their best to find exciting ways to continue forum activity.

Why should we choose you?: You should choose me for the job since I am not only active, but fair. I am just and loyal to forum and its needs. I will uphold this forum and its rules in order to create a newer, better, more exciting forum for others to enjoy. I will help my best to find members who need experience in YGO and such, while having fun on the way. Before this academy and GDA, I was modded for a year, total, for over 3 academies. It is hard keeping them active, which is why I try to keep it active.

I'd love to be a tester. I am usually pretty active around the weekend with frequent drop-ins throughout the week because of my insane school schedule. In this position you must test new members in a 2 out of 3 match and then post on forum how they did in deck build (side, extra, and main deck) and in duel in general. I would be good in this position because I have a lot of helpful card ideas to improve even the most unique builds. I also love seeing the fun and unique decks put out by the new members of academy and growth they make. If you do not think I have earned this position then I would gladly be an event moderator. Activity doesn't change. This position sets up fun things like wars between clans and tournaments and games within the academy to keep members interested and engaged. I would be a good choice because I love thinking up interesting types of tournaments and getting to know the members better. Sorry if this is a little long-winded but yeah, here it is. Hours: Random times everyday mostly between 12:00 pm and 4:00 am eastern time zone.

Why you should accept me: I'm active, pretty knowledgeable on relevant card rulings and decks. Creative deck builder. Event coordinator at my school's Anime and Sci-fi Club. Former moderator on other forums (not related to DN) and am patient and willing to work to help this academy get better. I am flexible as to which position I am accepted for if at all, but the ones I am partial to are event manager, tester, and teacher.

What I know about the job: Event Manager - Pretty much self-explanatory come up with cool events to make this academy a fun place to be

Tester - Fairly judge (non-partially) the (testee's) ability to play his or her deck in contrast to how they deal with their opponent's (the tester's) deck and their ability to deck build, play, knowledge on rulings, and such. Accordingly place the testee in their respective "dorm".

Teacher - Help guide the newer players on some of the newer card rules and mechanics. Help guide with deck building ideas and such.

Moderator - Self-explanatory basically act as a "peacemaker" in the forum, keep peace, while maintaining order.

I love yugioh and i'd love a fresh start with a new forum.

Hey, I'd like to apply for the moderator position, I've been A moderator in several other academies and I erally enjoy the position, I'm normally on most days so my activity shouldn't be a problem, and I should say this before I forget, the idea of a moderator is to keep control of the chatbox and make sure nobody is breaking the rules.

A moderater doesn't only watch the chat but the topics too and can report to the admin(s), he's a tester and recruiter as well. A semi-teacher and can put up events in case the event-manager doesn't do it...

So moderating is more than seeing if everyone is behaving, but that's indeed the basic idea behind him.

Knowledge about this position: You test people, you rekt people, you give them Uria xD Really tho, you test in a match and in the end when you get their deck screenshot, you grate them on how well they did in the test and how well their deck works.
